About The Ponds
The Ponds is a residential community community in Victor, Idaho offering all the visual and wildlife advantages of living on or near water at a price unheard of in its neighbor, Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
The Ponds, as its name implies, is a community with steam-linked ponds with trout, wildfowl, shore vegetation, and rippling water reflecting the sky and surrounding mountains. A special irrigation water filtration system permits lawns, trees, wild flowers, and shrubs hard to find in our high desert environment. All lots are either on the ponds or have pond-stream views; all enjoy views of the Teton Mountains to the east and Big Hole Mountains to the west. Pathways paralleling streets and linking children-friendly cul-de-sacs are great for walking and biking and for reaching the one-acre community park.
Located just northeast of the center of Victor, Idaho, The Ponds is an easy car or bus ride from the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort on the east side of the Tetons and the restaurants, shops, performing arts facilities, and galleries of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. We are approximately one half hour from both the Grand Targhee Resort (on the west side of the Teton Range) and The Jackson hole Mountain Resort (on the east side of the Teton Range). The Victor location also puts The Ponds close to fishing on the South Fork of the Snake River and the Teton River and within easy drives to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks.
The town of Victor, Idaho and Teton County, Idaho are experiencing robust growth and capital appreciation while maintaining small-town livability.
